Terms and Conditions

  • Arrival and Departure - Check-in is any time between 4pm - 10pm.  Departure is by 10am.
  • Occupancy - Two persons only can be accommodated in the purple room.            
  • During your stay  - We ask that you be respectful of the rest of our household and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm                                                             
  • Liability -  The use of any equipment within the property is entirely at the hirer's risk and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners for death or injury to the hirer or a member of his or her party or for loss or damage to their belongings, including motor vehicles while on the premises. We advise that you take out your own holiday insurance.
  • Booking and Payment - Payment can be made by the following methods - cash or debit/credit card. To check availability please go to the check availability page and enter the dates you require.
  • Cancellations If a booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival and a deposit has been paid then the deposit will be forfeited, if no deposit has been paid (2 nights or less) then a fee equivalent to one nights stay will be charged, this would be £80. If a booking is cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival a full refund will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking we will let you know as soon as we can and try to arrange alternative accommodation.
  • Services -  Free Wi-Fi access.
  • Pets - Sorry no pets allowed
  • Smoking - Strictly no smoking inside the premises.
  • Winter on Skye - During the winter months the weather on Skye be quite changeable. We often suffer power cuts and the Skye bridge can be closed due to high winds for periods of time. These problems are outwith our control and we do not offer refunds for loss of power or failure to arrive due to weather or road related problems.
